Wedding fayre – Breadsall Priory 30 January 2011

The instant Momento photo booth will be taking part in Breadsall Priory’s wedding fayre on Sunday 30 January.

A little bit of a late addition, but the venue were so keen to see the booth in action I decided to go for it and take up some show space.

Katie, from the wedding and events team, told us she’d been hearing about the Instant Momento photo booth from excited brides who have booked their weddings at Breadsall Priory and some who are still choosing their venue. Between Katie and myself we decided it would be an ideal opportunity to show off the photo booth within the venue, thereby helping brides to visualise how the photo booth will fit in with their chosen venue.

The Wedding fayre will be open from 11am until 4pm and is free to enter.

Why not come along, and remember to say hello!

Jason.

Nottingham and Derby Prom Show – 8 Jan 2011

The Albert Hall in Nottingham was the host venue for the Nottingham Prom Show yesterday.

A good selection of exhibitors where in attendance with dressmakers/retailers having the largest turn out. There where also photographers, jewellery, make-up artists, a disco and a chocolate fountain available. All in all a good selection of options for attendees to consider.

The show aimed to give an insight and opportunity for both Prom organisers and guests to take a look at the option available for making their prom celebration a fantastic event and of course sourcing that perfect outfit!

The photo booth once again proved to be a popular attraction, gaining many interested prom committees to its rank of fans. The online gallery and ability to link photos to Facebook accounts was a very popular proposition for potential customers.

Attendance at the show was a little lower when compared to wedding fayres, but the idea of the big glamorous school prom is still in its infancy over here. However as a trial show it managed to expose some key people involved in organising proms to some new and interesting options.

The online gallery from the show can be found here.
